2. Description of Service

AnimoDish is an online platform that connects users with food stalls at DLSU-D Food Square. We provide a marketplace for ordering food for pickup.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Ordering and Payments

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Payment must be completed upon pickup at the respective stall.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post false, inaccurate, or misleading content
  • Use the platform for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings for stalls. Reviews must be honest and respectful. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on AnimoDish are owned by or licensed to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

AnimoDish is not responsible for the quality of food from participating stalls. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the stall.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
